How to use the Intention Candle: 

Choose the Right Candle

Pick a candle from our collection that matches your intention.

Create a Calm Space

Find a quiet place where you won't be disturbed. Cleanse the space if you’d like; this could be with sage, palo santo, or just by tidying up.

Set Your Intention

Before lighting the candle, clearly decide what you want to focus on.

Speak it out loud or write it down

Use affirmations or a simple phrase like:

“I light this candle with the intention of attracting peace and balance into my life.”

Light the Candle

As you light it, visualize your intention becoming real. Imagine the flame activating the Reiki energy and carrying your intention out into the universe.

Meditate or Reflect

Sit quietly for a few minutes. Breathe deeply, visualize your goal, or repeat your affirmation.

You can also journal, pray, or simply be present with the candle.

Let It Burn Safely

Some people let the candle burn completely (especially for spells or rituals).

Others snuff it out and relight it during repeated sessions.

Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Close the Session

When you’re finished:

Thank the candle, the Reiki energy, or your higher self/spirit guides.

Snuff the flame (don't blow it out, as some traditions say that scatters the intention).

Keep the candle in a sacred or intentional space if you plan to use it again.
